Four years ago, Raj was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease and faced the difficult reality that he needed a transplant. With no matches in his family, his medical team encouraged his family to spread the word. They put up flyers in their neighborhood and advertised on their cars, hoping for a miracle. Thanks to a selfless donor, Raj had a successful transplant, and the two have since become great friends who see each other all the time. (See last photo!)
